This guide is a starting point. Your course organiser may send you links and deadlines—always follow those first.
Before the course
You may need to register and create an account before training day. Complete any registration form you are sent, and keep your login email and password safe.
Logging in
Use the training login page your provider gave you. If you forget your password, use “Forgot password” on the login page.
Your training profile
Your profile usually shows your courses, results, and certificates when they are available. Update your personal details here if the form allows it.
Course hub and materials
When your organiser opens the course, you may get a link to a course hub with materials and, when appropriate, a link to the online exam.
Taking an online exam
- Find a quiet place and a reliable internet connection.
- Read each question carefully. Some papers may have a time limit or a limited number of attempts—check what the screen tells you.
- Submit answers when you are finished. If something fails, contact your instructor or organiser—do not assume your attempt was saved.
Certificates and verification
When you pass and the course is completed, a certificate may appear on your profile. Employers can verify qualifications using the verification tools your provider publishes.
